At Personnel Avenue, we have put measures in place to assist you with both temporal and permanent staffing services, all adhering to all health and safety protocols. Prior to sending any candidates, we will do a telephonic checklist, to assess their risk to ensure they meet within your requirements and the risk to you is minimised.

How does the Process work?

From initial contact with our office, you will feel part of a team that is truly interested in finding the right match for your company.

For permanent and contract staff:

  • Communicating with you to fully understand your staff requirements, either at your offices or over the phone – whatever suits you best.
  • Sourcing according to your specifications
  • Interviewing – all candidates are interviewed prior to being referred
  • Referring only the most suitable candidates
  • Conducting independent reference checks
  • On request - Criminal, Academic and other relevant verifications on selected candidates

Our agreement and pricing includes a tiered guarantee over the first 90 days of the permanently placed candidate's employment. This is to give you comfort in our service in the unlikely event that the candidate is not suitable for your team nor meet your expectations.

Upon a candidate being placed, we continue to work in a partnership with you as our client, to ensure that you are satisfied with the candidate.

We can only improve on our service to you through honest feedback. This will enable us to deliver the most efficient and effective assistance.

Short Term Staffing Solutions

Due to the constantly changing business requirements of organisations, companies often require flexible staff for certain duration, circumstances and outputs.

Personnel Avenue also provides flexible staff, with whom we have the contract of employment and pay the weekly wages for the duration of the assignment.

This allows for growth in skills and experience of candidates through experiential learning, and allows for clients to have the flexibility required to meet the short term needs of their organisation.

How does flexible staffing work?

Personnel Avenue also has an expansive database of flexible staff across a broad range of skills and experience to match your requirements provides, with whom we have the contract of employment and pay the weekly wages for the duration of the assignment.

You are invoiced weekly and will only pay for the hours the candidate has worked, as signed off on the weekly timesheet.

For the duration of the assignment, Personnel Avenue will:

  • Pay the candidate weekly
  • Take care of all employment related issues, including contracts and payroll administration.
  • Leave and statutory accruals, SARS administration and contract preparation and other legal and industry requirements.
  • All accumulated leave not taken is paid to the candidate
  • UIF and SDL are paid to SARS
  • U19 forms are prepared for the candidates
  • IRP5's are prepared annually
