Our agreement and pricing includes a tiered guarantee over the first 90 days of the permanently placed candidate's employment. This is to give you comfort in our service in the unlikely event that the candidate is not suitable for your team nor meet your expectations.

Due to the constantly changing business requirements of organisations, companies often require flexible staff for certain durations, circumstances and outputs.

You will only pay for the hours the candidate has worked, as signed off on the weekly timesheet.
For the duration of the assignment, Personnel Avenue will:
Pay the candidate weekly
Take care of all employment related issues, including contracts and payroll administration. Leave and statutory accruals, SARS administration and contract preparation and other legal and industry requirements.
All accumulated leave not taken is paid to the candidate
UIF and SDL are paid to SARS
U19 forms are prepared for the candidates
Annual IRP5's are prepared annually
